Call of Duty's original Verdansk map is set to return on 3rd April. Activision shared the news on social media, adding "it's time to revisit a place of unforgettable memories". The map return will coincide with Season 3 of Black Ops 6 and Warzone, as a celebration of Warzone's fifth anniversary.

Ahead of this, Activision released a nostalgia-themed trailer set to "Unforgettable" by Nat King Cole. The CG trailer calls back to Warzone's earliest days, showing off some of the locations that are set to return. It ends with a soldier looking directly into the camera, with a tear streaming down his face as he smiles.

Verdansk is coming back to Call of Duty Warzone, but fans want more than just the map; they want all the old mechanics to return, too.

Activision released a teaser trailer for Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3 update, capping its five-year anniversary with a return to Verdansk.

Verdansk is officially coming back to Warzone next month as a new teaser has shown off the beloved battle royale map.

Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 3 is scheduled to arrive on April 3, after Activision pushed the update back two weeks from its original launch date of March 20. The in-game Battle Pass timer has been revised to reflect the change. Conversely, players have two extra weeks to grind out any season two rewards they’ve yet to unlock.
